My talk is entitled, "The Solution is Money: A Practical Solution to Diversity in Game Audio" - buckle up, friends. I'll be discussing what it's really like to build success as a marginalized developer in games, the real weight of what we're up against as diverse folk and as allies, and practical (and financial!!!) steps we can take to make things a little brighter for all of us.
