As a lil reminder, EyeWire's soundtrack is divided into two flavors: gameplay and overview tracks; "the neural stream" is one of the more chilled out 'overview' tracks, and it's one of my favorites from that set. It doesn't have a melody in a traditional sense, but I enjoyed coming back to and playing off of the opening keyboard chords
In addition to thathad one of the happiest accidents of my composition career towards the back half of the track - no idea what I was trying to accomplish with the strings in that section but it is wild. If you check out the whole thing, let me know what you think in the comments 😉
