"opening motions" is another solo piano composition that expands on some of the neo-impressionist ideas I explored in the beach themes on the Calico soundtrack, written as the opening track for my classically inspired piano-centric album, "flower fields" and available as part of the double-single "echoes" (alongside a lil dark piece named 💀skulls💀)
This one was almost fully improvisational! One of these days I'll have to record a one-take improvisation and share with the class
