I'm taking inspirations from videos and concepts for my album "flower fields" and exploring how those ideas inspire my writing. "internal rhythm" is inspired by DNA - a minimalistic, repeating piano idea felt like a good way to illustrate what I think of when I imagine the repeating double helix.
(as high concept as that sounds, honestly a lot of the time I just sit down and start playing)
